Trainees commit to one regular work shift for a minimum eight weeks, and their placement includes hands-on practical work experience in front-of-house, kitchen and barista capacities.

We also accomodate students for week long work experience placements. And after hours, the Social Foundry hosts Life Skills, a six module program designed to expand upon the cafe learning environment, including topics such as financial literacy, job-hunting skills & self.
