LVLUP // Knowing Self

To discover who we are, involves us exploring our identity - to ‘know thyself’ as the well known ancient Greek maxim states. Whether we know it or not, everyone tells a story about themselves inside their own head. Always, and all the time. This story makes you who you are. We build ourselves out of that story. Your story, who you are, is often referred to as your identity. The truth about identity is that it cannot be found or fabricated, but instead, identity emerges from within, once one has the courage to explore. 

This ‘Know Thyself’ module seeks to explore your personal identity through personality profiling, strength finding exercises, and emotional intelligence discovery. This module seeks to better understand what makes you tick, and to inform the story you tell yourself. Because as Shakespeare famously penned “We know what we are, but not what we may be.” This module is our hope to create a platform, where, in time we will together explore ‘what we may be’.
